Since
listing on the JSE in December 2005, the group has
made the following acquisitions:

- Acquired a 50% investment in Firefox Investments (Pty)
Ltd, with its main asset being diamond prospecting rights
in Botswana’s Mochudi area.
- Acquired a 100% stake in Molebogeng Mining Investment Holdings
(Pty) Ltd through which access has been obtained to potential
projects including gold, diamond and coal prospecting rights
or mining applications. Via this acquisition the group acquired
an 88% interest in the Sesikhona Kliprand Colliery (Pty)
Ltd.
- Change to Acquired a controlling interest in 21 coal projects in northern KZN and three in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the Northern Province.
- Successfully tendering for the Amajuba coal prospecting
rights in Newcastle.
